Ingredients for 7 people


1 box Barilla® PLUS® Penne
1 jar Barilla® Roasted Garlic Sauce
1/4 cup  extra virgin olive oil
1 pound  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
1 sprig fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh italian parsley finely chopped



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat

3. Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet

4. Add rosemary; cook until chicken is lightly brown and cooked through

5. Add Roasted garlic & onion Sauce to skillet and heat through

6. Set aside

7. Cook PLUS® Penne according to package directions

8. Remove rosemary sprig from sauce and heat sauce through while pasta is cooking

9. Drain PLUS® Penne and immediately add to sauce

10. Mix well

11. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl

12. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve
