Ingredients for 4 people


1 BOX Barilla® PLUS® Rotini
1 JAR Barilla® Tomato & Basil Sauce
1/3 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 CUPS Leeks Sliced Thin
1 POUND Shrimp Peeled Deveined
1/2 CUP Fresh Basil Cut Into Strips



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat

3. Add leeks and sauté for 5 minutes or until tender

4. ADD shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is opaque

5. ADD Tomato and Basil sauce to skillet and set aside

6. COOK PLUS Rotini according to package directions

7. Drain and toss with sauce in skillet

8. Stir in basil; drizzle with additional olive oil if desired and serve
