Ingredients for 7 people


1 Box Barilla® PLUS® Thin Spaghetti
1 Jar Barilla® Tomato & Basil
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 ea diced Onion
2 pkgs sliced in quarters Frozen Artichokes
Salt TTB
Pepper TT
1 Cup Parmigiano Cheese shredded
4 leaves Basil Chiffonade



Preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. In a large skillet sauté onions in olive oil until slightly browned

3. Add Quartered Artichokes and sauté until golden, season with salt and pepper

4. Add Sauce and bring to a simmer

5. Cook pasta according to package directions

6. Drain and toss with sauce

7. Toss with shredded Parmigiano cheese and basil
