Ingredients for 4 people


1/2 BOX Barilla® Plus® Thin Spaghetti
1/4 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 CLOVE Garlic Crushed
2 Anchovies Chopped
2 CUPS Plum Tomatoes Diced Seeded
1 CUP Green Pitted Olive Halved
1 TABLESPOON Fresh Dill Chopped



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium heat

3. Add garlic and anchovies, sauté 1-2 minutes

4. ADD tomatoes, green olives, salt and pepper to taste

5. Simmer for five minutes

6. COOK PLUS® Thin Spaghetti according package directions

7. Drain and toss immediately with sauce

8. SPRINKLE with fresh chopped dill
