Ingredients for 7 people


1 BOX Barilla® PLUS® Thin Spaghetti
1 JAR Barilla® Marinara Sauce
4 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 CUP Shallot Diced
1 POUND Asparagus Coarsely Chopped
1 POUND Sea Bass Fillets Skinned Cubed
2 TBSP Fresh Chive Chopped



Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat

3. Add shallots and saute for 5 minutes

4. ADD asparagus and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until asparagus is tender

5. ADD sea bass; season with salt and pepper

6. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes until sea bass is cooked through and tender

7. ADD Marinara Sauce, heat through and set aside

8. COOK PLUS® Thin Spaghetti according to package directions

9. Drain; toss with sauce

10. Sprinkle with chives and serve
