Ingredients for 2 people


1 package Barilla® Ricotta & Spinach Tortelloni
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Small White Onion Sliced Thin
1 pound Asparagus
1/2 cup Prosciutto Julienne
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese Grated



Preparation 6 minutes preparation + 17 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

3. Add onion and sauté for 3 minutes

4. Add asparagus cut in ½ inch long pieces, sauté for three minutes

5. Add prosciutto and cook for an additional minute

6. Cook Ricotta and Spinach Tortelloni according to directions

7. Drain and toss with the sauce

8. Stir in Parmigiano cheese before serving
