Ingredients for 4 people


1 PACKAGE Barilla Ricotta & Spinach Tortelloni
1/4 CUP Pine Nut
1/4 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Small Onion Diced
2 CLOVES Garlic Chopped
2 TABLESPOONS Dry White Wine
1/2 CUP Heavy Whipping Cream
2 CUPS Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled
TO TASTE Salt
TO TASTE Black Pepper Freshly Ground
2 TABLESPOONS Fresh Chives Sliced



Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. ROAST pine nuts in pan until very lightly browned

3. Set aside

4. HEAT olive oil in a large skillet

5. Add onion and garlic and sauté until transparent

6. Add white wine and whipping cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes

7. ADD gorgonzola cheese and continue to simmer for 3 minutes

8. COOK Ricotta and Spinach Tortelloni according to package directions

9. TOSS with sauce, pine nuts and chives
