Ingredients for 8 people


1 BOX Barilla® Rigatoni
1 JAR Barilla® Marinara
15 OUNCES Ricotta Cheese
1/2 CUP Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Freshly Grated
1/2 TEASPOON Salt
1/8 TEASPOON Black Pepper Freshly Ground
3 CUPS Broccoli Florets



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 14 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. MIX ricotta, Parmigiano cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl; set aside

3. HEAT Marinara Sauce in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally

4. COOK Rigatoni according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking time

5. DRAIN pasta, and ADD to saucepan with Barilla® Marinara Sauce

6. ADD ricotta mixture to Rigatoni; mix well

7. Transfer to serving platter; top with sauce
