Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla® Rigatoni
¼ cup Gorgonzola cheese
¼ cup Fontina
¼ cup Gruyère cheese
¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
7 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste



Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 11 minutes cooking
1. Cut Gorgonzola, Edam, Gruyère and half the Parmigiano-Reggiano into small pieces

2. Grate the remaining half of the Parmigiano

3. Melt butter in a pan over low heat and keep warm

4. Boil pasta according to package directions

5. Drain and toss with cheese pieces, half of the melted butter and half of the grated Parmigiano

6. Divide this pasta among the plates and sprinkle with the remaining grated Parmigiano and butter

7. Serve immediately, so that the cheeses will not have melted completely
