Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla Rigatoni
1 cup Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
Salt to taste



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 12 minutes cooking
1. Dice Gorgonzola and melt in the top of a double boiler, whisking constantly

2. When completely melted, add heavy cream and Parmigiano and cook for 3 minutes, whisking

3. In the meantime, boil pasta in plenty of salted water according to package directions

4. Drain and toss with the prepared cheese sauce

5. Serve immediately
