Ingredients for 8 people


1 BOX Barilla® Rigatoni
1 JAR Barilla® Three Cheese Sauce
1/4 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 CUP White Onion Diced
10 OUNCES Frozen Artichoke Hearts Defrosted
1 TABLESPOON Fresh Italian Parsley Chopped



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 12 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT olive oil in a large skillet

3. Add onions and sauté until golden yellow

4. ADD artichokes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat

5. ADD Three Cheese sauce and 1 cup of water; simmer for 10 minutes

6. COOK Rigatoni according to the package directions

7. Drain pasta and toss with the sauce

8. GARNISH with chopped parsley before serving
