Ingredients for 4 people


1 box Barilla® Rotini
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach
1 jar Barilla® Meat Sauce
2 cups fresh mozzarella diced
1 cup panko bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 25 minutes cooking
1. PREHEAT the oven to 400°F and bring a large pot of water to boil

2. COOK pasta according to directions, draining half way through the cooking time

3. MEANWHILE gently wilt spinach in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, about two minutes

4. COMBINE the spinach with sauce, pasta and ricotta and place in a 13x9 greased baking dish

5. SPRINKLE with panko seasoned with remaining oil, salt and pepper

6. BAKE until crispy and golden, about 15 minutes
