Ingredients for 8 people


1 BOX Barilla Rotini 1 CLOVE Garlic Pressed
4 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 CUPS Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 SLICE Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Cubed
1/2 CUP Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Grated



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. COOK Rotini according to package directions, reserving 1 ladle (use standard ladle of 4 oz or 1/2 cup) of cooking water before draining

3. Meanwhile, SAUTÉ garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes, or until garlic turns slightly golden in color

4. ADD cherry tomatoes and the reserved pasta cooking water and simmer for 2 minutes

5. DRAIN Rotini and toss with the sauce

6. STIR in basil and cheeses immediately before serving
