Ingredients for 8 people


1 BOX Barilla® Rotini
1 JAR Barilla® Marinara Sauce
1/4 CUP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 CLOVES Garlic Minced
1/2 POUND Monkfish Cubed
1/2 POUND Fresh Clams Rinsed
1/2 POUND Fresh Mussels Rinsed Trimmed
1/2 POUND Scallops
1/2 TEASPOON Salt
1/4 TEASPOON Black Pepper Freshly Ground
2 TABLESPOONS Fresh Parsley Chopped



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 25 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat

3. Add garlic; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until tender

4. ADD monkfish, clams, mussels and scallops; cover

5. Cook 2 to 3 minutes

6. (The clams and mussels will begin to open

7. ) ADD Marinara Sauce to skillet; cover

8. Cook over medium-low heat about 20 minutes or until fish is cooked and clams and mussels are open

9. Season with salt and pepper

10. COOK Rotini according to package directions; drain

11. TRANSFER to large platter or bowl

12. TOP Rotini with seafood mixture; sprinkle with parsley
