Ingredients for 4 people


1 box BARILLA Shells
1/2 bar butter
2 cups cabbage grated
2 carrots peeled and sliced
1 cup string beans cooked
10 oz tomatoes chopped
1 chopped onion
2 parsley stems
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 liter chicken broth



Preparation 30 minutes preparation + 25 minutes cooking
1. Using half the butter, fry until translucent the cabbage, carrots and string beans

2. SET aside

3. PUREE the tomatoes, onions, parsley and oregano with ½ cup of water

4. STRAIN this mix and then cook it with the remaining butter

5. SEASON to taste with salt and pepper

6. BOIL the chicken broth, add the tomatoes and cook the Barilla Medium Shells in soup

7. Once the pasta is ready, add all the already prepared vegetables

8. Bring once more to a boil

9. Serve
