Ingredients for 8 people


1 BOX Barilla Spaghetti
2 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 CLOVE Garlic Minced
1/8 TEASPOON Red Chili Pepper Flakes
6 Plum Tomatoes Chopped
1 TEASPOON Salt
1/8 TEASPOON Black Pepper Freshly Ground
18 Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Cubed
2 TEASPOONS Fresh Oregano Chopped



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. HEAT oil in skillet over medium heat

3. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; stir for 1 to 2 minutes

4. ADD tomatoes and salt and pepper; reduce heat to low

5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

6. COOK Spaghetti according to package directions; drain and return to pot

7. ADD hot pasta to skillet mixture

8. Add cheese and stir until cheese is slightly melted

9. Transfer to serving platter

10. Garnish with oregano leaves
