Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla® Spaghetti
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 pound ground veal
1/4 pound ground pork
1/4 cup red wine
4 each diced roma tomatoes
1/2 cup grated Pecorino cheese
1 dried chili pepper
salt to taste



Preparation 50 minutes preparation + 30 minutes cooking
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat

2. Add finely chopped onion

3. When the onion has browned, raise the heat and add the ground meat

4. When the meat has browned, add the wine and cook until the wine has evaporated completely

5. Add the tomato sauce and cook for about 20 minutes

6. Adjust salt to taste, add the crushed pepper, stir and remove the pan from the heat

7. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of lightly salted boiling water

8. Drain and dress the pasta with the sauce prepared as above, the grated Pecorino and serve
