Ingredients for 4 people


1 box BARILLA Spaghetti
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 chili pepper dried sliced
3/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup parsley minced
4 oz. Parmesan cheese grated
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste



Preparation 30 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. MASH half a teaspoon of salt and two cloves of garlic

2. HEAT half the olive oil and cook the rest of the garlic and the chili pepper until they are a light golden shade

3. ADD the white wine, lower the heat and wait until half of it evaporates

4. ADD the mashed garlic and salt

5. MEANWHILE cook the Barilla Spaghetti ‘al dente’ following the Preparation on the box

6. DRAIN

7. COMBINE the pasta and the sauce; add the rest of the oil and the pepper

8. SPRINKLE the parsley on top and serve with cheese
