Barilla Thin Spaghetti with Barilla Marinara Sauce, Artichokes and Parmiagiano Cheese

Ingredients for 4 people


1 Box
Barilla Thin Spaghetti
1 Jar
Barilla Marinara Sauce
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Ea diced onion
2 14 oz pkgs frozen Artichokes quartered
Salt and black pepper
1 Cup Shredded Parmigiano Cheese
4 Leaves basil sliced thin



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Meanwhile in a large skillet SAUTE onions in olive oil until slightly browned

3. ADD quartered artichokes and sauté until golden, season with salt and pepper

4. ADD Barilla Marinara Sauce and 1 cup water

5. BRING to a simmer

6. COOK the pasta according to package directions, drain and TOSS with sauce

7. TOSS with shredded Parmigiano cheese and basil
