Ingredients for 8 people


1 box Barilla Thin Spaghetti
1 Jar Barilla Spicy Marinara
2 tbsp olive oil
1 ea diced onion
2 pkgs frozen artichokes (sliced in quarters)
salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Parmigiano cheese
4 leaves chiffonade Basil



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. In a large skillet sauté onions in olive oil until slightly browned

3. Add quartered artichokes and sauté until golden, season with salt and pepper

4. Add Sauce and bring to a simmer

5. Cook pasta according to package directions

6. Drain and toss with sauce

7. Toss with shredded Parmigiano cheese and basil
