Ingredients for 4 people


1 package Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini-Family Size
½ small onion diced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
8 oz. package fresh wild mushrooms*
1 cup prosciutto** julienne
1 ½ cups heavy cream
to taste salt and black pepper
1/3 cup Parmigiano cheese grated
½ tablespoon parsley chopped

Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to boil

2. Meanwhile sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent, about four minutes

3. ADD mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned

4. ADD the prosciutto and render for 1 minute then add the cream

5. SEASON with salt and black pepper

6. COOK the tortellini according to the package directions, drain and toss with sauce

7. STIR in Parmigiano cheese and parsley before serving
