Ingredients for 4 people


1 package Barilla® Three Cheese Tortellini - Family Size
½ small onion peeled and diced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 package wild mushroom sliced
1 cup prosciutto* julienned
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1/3 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano grated
½ tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
salt and black pepper to taste
*may substitute bacon



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to boil, add salt

2. SAUTE onion with olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until translucent, about 4 minutes

3. ADD mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned

4. ADD prosciutto and render for 1 minute, add cream

5. SEASON with salt and pepper

6. COOK tortellini according to the package directions

7. DRAIN tortellini and toss it with sauce in a large mixing bowl

8. STIR in cheese and parsley before serving
