1 box Barilla® Tri-Color Rotini
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 pints cherry tomatoes halved
2 balls fresh mozzarella diced
2 cups snow peas blanched and sliced in half
6 leaves basil chiffonade
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Cook pasta 1 minute less than package directions.

Drain and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil; place on a sheet tray to cool.

In a large bowl combine the pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, snow peas, basil and lemon juice; gently toss.

Season with salt and pepper to taste; then serve.
