1 box Barilla® Veggie Farfalle
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
½ pound peeled shrimp
½ pound bay scallops (Optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 pint grape tomatoes halved
1 cup arugula
6 basil leaves fresh
1 tablespoon bread crumbs* toasted
Bread crumbs:
1 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley
1 clove garlic minced
Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + minutes cooking

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile sauté shrimp and scallops with 2 tablespoons olive oil until thoroughly cooked; deglaze with lemon juice.

Drain pasta and combine with seafood, tomatoes, lemon zest, arugula, basil and remaining olive oil

Serve with bread crumbs over the top.

*How to make the bread crumbs: Sauté all ingredients in a nonstick skillet until crunchy and slightly browned
