Ingredients for 4 people


1 box Barilla® Veggie Penne
1 jar Barilla® Garlic Sauce
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 fennel bulb sliced thin
1 pound baby shrimp
salt and black pepper to taste
10 basil leaves



Preparation 10 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. BRING a large pot of water to a boil

2. Meanwhile SAUTE the sliced fennel in olive oil for 2-3 minutes or until lightly golden

3. ADD the shrimp and saute for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper

4. ADD the garlic sauce and ½ cup of water, bring to a simmer
