1 box BARILLA White Fiber Rotini
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
2 cloves garlic
2 anchovies (optional)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 ½ pounds plum tomatoes peeled & crushed (or 1 jar Barilla Tomato Basil Sauce)
½ cup black olives pitted (kalamata style)
2 tablespoons capers preferably in salt rinsed
to taste sea salt
1 tablespoon parsley

Preparation 12 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking

SAUTÉ garlic in olive oil with the anchovies and red pepper.

Just before it turns yellow, ADD crushed tomatoes.

SIMMER five minutes.

ADD olives, capers and season with sea salt if needed.

Meanwhile, COOK pasta according to package directions.

DRAIN and toss with the sauce.

SPRINKLE with parsley and drizzle with oil before serving.
