Beef Steaks with Onions

Main course

Ingredients for 4 people

4 T-bone steaks
2 large onions thinly sliced
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup white wine
2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. Lightly coat the steaks with flour

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the onion, sliced thin, and cook until golden brown

3. Season with salt and pepper

4. Set aside

5. Put the remaining oil and butter in the pan, turn up the heat and add steaks

6. Brown on both sides

7. Season with salt and pepper, add onions and cook for a few minutes

8. Arrange steaks in a serving dish and top with onions
