1 pound Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 pound Fresh Tomato
10 leaves Fresh Basil Julienne
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Preparation 10 minutes preparation
1. CUT the tomatoes into 1/3 inch thick slices

2. CUT the mozzarella into slices the same thickness

3. Arrange all slices on a serving platter

4. SEASON with salt and pepper; drizzle with oil and garnish with fresh basil
