Ingredients for 4 people

½ cup sugar 7 tablespoons butter ¾ cup dark cocoa powder 3 ½ ounces almonds or hazelnuts 7 ounces dry cookies 1 egg

Preparation 20 minutes preparation
1. Before starting, soften butter to room temperature

2. Crush cookies by wrapping them in a cotton towel and crushing them with a meat pounder or by hand

3. If you want to work by hand, place all ingredients in a bowl and knead

4. Otherwise, cream butter with a spoon, then stir in sugar

5. Add egg and then cocoa powder

6. Mix until smooth, then add crushed cookies and almonds

7. Shape the mixture like a 2-inch thick salami and wrap in plastic and then foil

8. Freeze for at least 30 minutes to harden

9. Slice and serve
