Before starting, soften butter to room temperature.
Crush cookies by wrapping them in a cotton towel and crushing them with a meat pounder or by hand. If you want to work by hand, place all ingredients in a bowl and knead. Otherwise, cream butter with a spoon, then stir in sugar.
Add egg and then cocoa powder.
Mix until smooth, then add crushed cookies and almonds.
Shape the mixture like a 2-inch thick salami and wrap in plastic and then foil.
