Cod and Potato Soup

First course

Ingredients for 4 people

2 pounds potatoes
4 small cod (hake)
10 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (2/3 cup)
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons parsley chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation 30 minutes preparation + 25 minutes cooking
1. Gut fish and remove gills, then wash carefully

2. Wash, peel and cut potatoes into rounds

3. Heat oil in a pan over low heat

4. Sauté peeled garlic until golden, add potatoes and completely cover with water

5. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes

6. Season with salt, remove from the heat and garnish with parsley before serving
