Ingredients for 4 people


2 pounds cod
3 1/2 ounces green olives
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tablespoon parsley
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste.



Preparation 25 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
1. Clean and gut the cod and cut into fairly thick slices

2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the peeled garlic

3. When the garlic begins to brown, add the pitted olives cut into very small pieces and cook over very low heat for ten minutes

4. Add the slices of cod and cook until brown on both sides

5. After ten minutes, adjust the salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley

6. Serve immediately
