Ingredients for 4 people


1 3/4 pound red radicchio (Treviso) 3 1/2 tablespoons oil Salt and pepper to taste 1 clove garlic White wine 2 egg yolks 7 ounces cheese 4 cups milk 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup flour



Preparation 40 minutes preparation
1. Prepare crèpes and set aside to cool

2. Wash and finely chop red radicchio

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté radicchio, salt, pepper, garlic and a small amount of white wine for a few minutes

4. Prepare a rather thin Béchamel sauce with milk, flour and butter

5. Add egg yolks, cheese and sautéed radicchio

7. In an ovenproof baking dish, layer crèpes and radicchio sauce, starting with one crèpe

8. Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 15 minutes
