Deep Fried Crispy Polenta with Assorted Cheese

Ingredients for 4 people

1 cup Quick Cooking Polenta
3 1/2 cups Water
32 FL. ounces Frying Oil
1 cup Flour
3 ounces Brie Cheese
3 ounces Sheep Cheese
3 ounces Gorgonzola Cheese

Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. PREPARE the polenta as instructed on the box

2. LAY it down on a greased sheet tray 2/3 inch thick

3. Once cold STORE in the fridge for at least one hour

4. CUT the shape you prefer, dust with flour and deep fry in hot peanut oil until crispy

5. SERVE hot topped with a thin slice of cheese over the top
