Farfalle with Capers, Tuna and Mint

First course

Ingredients for 4 people

1 box farfalle
1 ounce salt-packed capers
1 sprig mint
1 can tuna
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons Academia Barilla 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
pepper to taste

Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
1. Rinse capers under running water until the salt is completely removed

2. Chop together with mint and drained tuna

3. Add oil, season with freshly ground pepper to taste and mix well

4. Meanwhile, boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions

5. Drain and dress with caper and tuna sauce before serving
