Ingredients for 4 people


1 box farfalle
½ # swordfish steaks
2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 pinch chili pepper
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste



Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
1. Coarsely chop swordfish

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté peeled garlic until golden

3. Add swordfish, combine for a few minutes and stir in cherry tomatoes cut into wedges, parsley and chili pepper

4. Cook for 2 more minutes

5. Season with salt to taste

6. In the meantime, boil pasta in plenty of salted water according to package directions

7. Drain and toss with the prepared sauce

8. Serve immediately
