Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 14 minutes cooking

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. toast pine nuts in a large skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from skillet set aside. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic cook 30 seconds.

Add zucchini and carrots sauté 6 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in pine nuts remove from heat.

Meanwhile, cook Gemelli according to package directions drain and return to pot.

Add cooked vegetable mixture and remaining ingredients to hot gemelli toss.

Transfer to serving platter.
