Ingredients for 8 people


1 1/2 cup Sugar
13 ounces Butter Softened
9 Eggs Divided
1 1/3 cup Hazelnut Flour
1 cup Potato Starch
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 Vanilla Bean
3 tablespoons Cooking Spray
2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar



Preparation
1. PREHEAT oven to 350ºF

2. MIX sugar and softened butter in a mixer

3. SEPARATE yolks from 6 eggs

4. ADD the remaining 3 eggs and 6 egg yolks in slowly

5. Incorporate the flour, potato starch, hazelnut flour and vanilla

6. PLACE the mixture into 2 greased 9 inch round cake pans

7. BAKE at 350°F for 25 minutes or until firm

8. Cool on baking rack

9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
