13 ounces Butter Softened
9 Eggs Divided
1 1/3 cup Hazelnut Flour
1 cup Potato Starch
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 Vanilla Bean
3 tablespoons Cooking Spray
2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar

preheat oven to 350ºf. mix sugar and softened butter in a mixer.

separate yolks from 6 eggs. add the remaining 3 eggs and 6 egg yolks in slowly. incorporate the flour, potato starch, hazelnut flour and vanilla.

place the mixture into 2 greased 9 inch round cake pans. bake at 350°f for 25 minutes or until firm. cool on baking rack. sprinkle with powdered sugar.
