Ingredients for 4 people


8 cups fish broth
1 cup rice
1 bunch Tuscan kale (Lacinato kale)
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 onion
1 celery rib
1 bunch parsley
Salt to taste




Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 45 minutes cooking
1. Mince onion, celery and parsley

2. Cut Tuscan kale into strips

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté minced vegetables for about 5 minutes

4. Add kale and cook for a few minutes

5. Pour in fish broth and bring to a boil

6. Cook for about 15 minutes and season with salt to taste

7. Add rice and cook according to package directions

8. Drizzle with one tablespoon of oil and combine

9. Serve warm
