Ingredients for 4 people


1 ¼ cups mascarpone cheese
2/3 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
2 egg whites (beaten to stiff peaks)
4 tablespoons rum



Preparation 10 minutes preparation
1. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with 1/3 cup of sugar

2. When smooth, creamy and light in color, add mascarpone and stir in 4 tablespoons of rum

3. Add remaining sugar and combine gently

4. With a wooden spoon, fold in 2 egg whites, whipped to stiff peaks, combining well

5. Serve in individual dessert bowls, alone or with fruit, chocolate or dry cakes
