8 ounces Pecorino Sardo Cheese
4 teaspoons Erica Honey (May Substitute Liquid Bee Honey)
12 Whole Walnuts
4 sprigs Fresh Curly Parsley



Preparation
1. serve the cheese at room temperature

2.   top with 1 teaspoon of honey, 3 walnuts and parsley sprig as a garnish
