Ingredients for 4 people


1 pint Fresh Blueberry
2 tablespoons Water
2 cups Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Prosecco Wine



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking
1. sauté blueberries with water for five minutes

2. Set aside

3.   boil half of the grapefruit juice with sugar

4. Remove from heat

5. Stir in remaining juice and prosecco

6. Allow to cool

7.   place cooled liquid in a metal bowl in the freezer, stir every several minutes until frozen

8.   serve with blueberries
