Pizza with Anchovies and Capers

Bread, focaccia and pizza

Ingredients for 4 people

3/4 pound bread dough
1 ounce pickled capers
4 salt-packed anchovies
3 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation 1 hours preparation + 25 minutes cooking
1. Line an oiled baking sheet with bread dough

2. Sprinkle with rinsed and drained capers, and washed, cleaned and chopped anchovies

3. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, if necessary

4. Set aside to rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes

5. Cook in a preheated 400°F oven for about 25 minutes
