1 1/4 pound boneless pork shoulder
8 1/2 ounces pickled peppers
3 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 30 minutes cooking

Dice or slice the pork.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the pork on all sides.

Drain and chop peppers. Add to the meat, season with salt and cook for about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
