Pork with Vinegar-pickled Peppers

Ingredients for 4 people

1 1/4 pound boneless pork shoulder
8 1/2 ounces pickled peppers
3 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 30 minutes cooking
1. Dice or slice the pork

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the pork on all sides

3. Drain and chop peppers

4. Add to the meat, season with salt and cook for about 15 minutes

5. Serve warm
