3 eggs
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons warm salted water
oil for frying as needed
honey to taste

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking

1
Mix flour with whole eggs, milk and a little warm salted water to form a smooth, firm dough. Allow to rest for a few minutes.

2
Break the flatbread into pieces and incorporate into the dough. Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

3
With a spoon, form dumplings from the dough and fry in hot oil (check the temperature with a few crumbs of dough).

4
Fry both sides, turning halfway. Remove and drain on paper towels.

5
Serve hot, drizzled with honey.
