Sautéed Zucchini with Garlic and Marjoram

Ingredients for 4 people


1 1/2 POUND Small Zucchini
2 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 CLOVES Garlic Pressed
1 TABLESPOON Fresh Marjoram Chopped



Preparation
1. CUT zucchini into round, medium thick slices

2. Season with salt; let it drain in a colander for one hour

3. SAUTÉ oil and garlic for two minutes

4. ADD the zucchini and cook on medium heat until completely cooked through

5. Sprinkle with black pepper

6. STIR in chopped marjoram
