Ingredients for 4 people


1 2/3 cup flour ½ cup finely ground cornmeal ¾ cup sugar 5 ¼ ounces almonds
unpeeled 10 ½ tablespoons butter Lemon zest
grated 2 egg yolks 2 tablespoons Grappa



Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 35 minutes cooking
1. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar and chopped almonds

2. Soften butter and add

3. Slowly stir in egg yolk and grappa

4. Pour mixture into a baking dish without pressing down on it

5. Cook in a preheated 350°F oven (conventional oven) for 30 – 40 minutes
