1 pound Porcini Mushrooms (May Substitute Button Mushrooms)
1 cup Semolina Flour
32 FL. ounces Frying Oil
2 tablespoons Fresh Italian Parsley Finely Chopped
Ingredients

clean mushrooms and cut into 1-inch slices. Coat mushrooms with flour.

heat oil to 350°f in a medium sized heavy saucepan.

add mushrooms in batches and deep fry 1 minute or until golden and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper towels. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

garnish with chopped parsley.
