Ingredients for 4 people


1 pound Fresh Strawberry
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 cups Vanilla Gelato



Preparation
1. RINSE the strawberries and get rid of the stems

2. Cut them in half, marinate with sugar and balsamic vinegar for one hour

3. PROCESS 1/5 of them in a blender and combine everything together again

4. SERVE in single cups topped with a scoop of gelato, drizzle with balsamic vinegar
