Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients for 4 people

2 melons
¾ cup raspberries
½ cup Brandy or Passito wine

Preparation 15 minutes preparation
1. Wipe the outside of the melons with a wet cloth to remove any residue

2. Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds with a spoon

3. Use a melon-baller to remove the flesh from the melon, keeping the peel intact, since it will be used

4. Place raspberries in a colander, gently rinse for a few seconds and dry

5. Place melon balls and raspberries to a bowl and splash with all of the brandy or Passito wine

6. Transfer to melon halves

7. Refrigerate for a half hour before serving
