Ingredients for 4 people

1 cup + 1 tablespoon flour 2 tablespoons baking powder 2/3 cup sugar 5 2/3 tablespoons butter 1 package vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract) 2 white peaches 2/5 cup yogurt 2 tablespoons very fine breadcrumbs Salt to taste 3 eggs

Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 35 minutes cooking
1. Soften butter to room temperature for about 30 minutes

2. In a large bowl, beat 4 tablespoons of butter with sugar, then combine with egg yolks

3. Fold in egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks

4. Carefully fold in flour mixed with baking powder, vanilla powder and a pinch of salt

5. When smooth, incorporate yogurt and peeled, diced peaches

6. Butter an ovenproof baking dish with the remaining butter and dust with flour

7. Pour mixture in the dish and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 minutes
